At Dadson Footwear, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our manufacturing and retail operations, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchange Only Under Certain Conditions

We allow product exchanges only under the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
2. The request for exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery
3. Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or manufacturing defects
